The red roses my partner received were really poor, some were black, parts of the leaves had been eaten by insects. I ordered a red box for the flowers to be delivered in, the roses arrived in a black bag .. looked like something from a funeral..

I recently sent some flowers to my sister and brother in law, and Aunt and I must say they were really lovely.

I based my selection on jade. Didn’t think the bouquet received had as many blooms. In spite of saying this twice I haven’t received any contact from company will not use them again

I sent some flowers to my sister in the uk for christmas and I was very disappointed, I have sent flowers to her in the past and have used a couple of different florists on your list in the east london area and each time there has been a problem and this time was no different, I will not be using direct to florist to send flowers to her in the future.

My friend was going through a sad time, she lives hours away and I wanted her to know I was thinking of her. The florist got a beautiful display to her within a few hours of me ordering. It was easy for me and meant such a lot to her - a little brightness on a dark day.

I sent these flowers for my aunties birthday she was really pleased with them, they were lovely but the flower basket I ordered once before was true to the picture and they were beautiful, but this basket was a round basket with a tall handed and didn't look as lovely as the previous one.

Very pleased with the floral arrangement, which was a gift for a colleague, and lived up to it's description on the website. I thought it was good value for money and the delivery was made on the day I had requested with no issues. Ordered on line late evening, the florist called me next morning to say she didn’t have one of the flowers in stock and asked me if I would be happy with a substitute or did I want to wait . She was very friendly and apologetic. I chose to go with the substitute. The flowers were then delivered to my friend a couple of hours later . Excellent service
